Sarah BERGER, cadre

Centre d'Imagerie Nucléaire de Saint-Etienne (CINSE)

The mannequin is so realistic that our outside workers got scared.
The trainers remain active in the field in their different professions, with a lot of imagination on the scenarios: we all get involved.
The video system allows everyone to immerse themselves in every situation, even those where they are not physically involved.
The debriefs are very informative, as well as the audit sent later.
In short, these days of training were unanimous among all, doctors as well as MERs or secretaries (it's good to also involve the medical secretaries)
I highly recommend this experience, and also underline the availability and responsiveness of the contacts.
